Welcome to the 2025 Youth Baseball Registration.
This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Upon completion of registration a charge will appear on your account.
See the table below for late fees per division. Division is based on how you register. If you "Play Up" the late fee will apply for the division you want to play in. This is only for eligible play up divisions; you cannot play up in Rookies, Majors, or Minors.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be provided on the following schedule below. League will be determined based on how you register (ex. 7 year old in 2024 has registered to play up to Willie Mays in 2025, the policy for Willie Mays will apply).
Willie Mays and above:
Rookies, Minors, and Majors
My player is 15 years old and I only see a Sandy Koufax , how should I register?
If your player is not planning to play High School baseball and would like to continue playing baseball you should register under Sandy Koufax.
If your player is planning to play High School Baseball there will be a separate registration in the spring for summer baseball. If your player does not make the High School team you will receive a separate communication on how to register for summer baseball. Team placement will be based on the High School Tryout.
My player is 16 or above, I don't see an option to register?
If your player is 16 or above there will be a separate registration process in the spring once High School teams have been formed. Visit our website around March 20th for more information. High School coaches will also provide information at tryouts.
FAMILY DISCOUNT **CHANGE in 2023**: If you are registering more than two players in your family this season, you will receive a 50% discount on the third (and 100% discount on the fourth+, if applicable) child's registration fee. The new Sports Engine payment system is not able to automatically provide the discount as it did in previous years. This season STMA Youth Baseball will ask all players ages 7 - 14 to participate in fundraising activities. Each Youth Baseball Player aged 7 through 14 will be provided one fundraising card to sell during the season. The cost of the fundraising card will be added to the registration fee. Once you sell the cards you keep the money. This card is similar to cards sold by Travel players in years past, an example is the picture to the left from the 2021 season. The cards will be handed out prior to the beginning of the season.
**Travel Players will be asked to sell a total of 5 cards; the additional 4 cards will be added to your invoice as years past.**
